Payment Terms and Conditions: 

Payment in full is required with your application to secure your table space. CEAE department, as the organizer of 55th Annual Geotechnical Engineering Conference reserves the right to any organization or individual with prior notification about cancellation

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• As a Sponsor, if you are unable to attend the conference, you may send a substitute member of your organization at no additional charge.
• A full refund of Sponsor registration fee, less $50 administrative fee, will be provided if cancellation is made by October 19, 2023. No refund will be provided after this date.
• Cancellations must be emailed to: wrana@ku.edu
• A $35 fee will be charged for a returned check.
