- Attendees: If you are unable to attend the conference you may request a full refund of registration fees, if requested in writing to CEAEConf@ku.edu by 12:00 p.m. April 21, 2020.
- No refunds will be granted after April 21.
- A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.

KU CEAE reserves the right to cancel the 70th Annual Environmental Conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

The conference begins online at 8:30 a.m.
Participants can earn a total of 6.5 PDHs (Professional Development Hours) for attending this conference. PDH Certificates will be sent via email to each attendee paying the full registration fee and arriving in time to attend both the plenary and afternoon sessions. Those needing a certificate for only one session should contact CEAE conference staff
