Rates

The special conference nightly rate is $89.00 plus applicable state and local occupancy taxes.

Rooms have been blocked until October 27, 2023, at which time they will be released to the public and this rate or availability cannot be guaranteed. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first-night room deposit.

Special note

Transportation is NOT provided from the hotel to the conference. Attendees should plan to provide their own transportation to/from the hotel.

Hotel Reservations

1. You may make an online reservation through Hilton which includes the discounted rate.
   1. The default dates are for check-in on Wednesday, November 8 and check-out on Friday, November 10th; but, you may adjust the dates as needed.
2. You may contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and specify that you will be attending the KU Geotechnical Engineering Conference or group code “902”.
