Parking
Parking is included in your registration. Please park in the Kansas Memorial Union Mississippi Street Parking Garage, located just north of the Kansas Union accessible from Mississippi Street and from the Oread Avenue.
Please disregard the signage in the garage the day of the conference. You do not need to take a ticket or pay for parking on the app. You will not need any sort of pass or indicator on your car in order to park in the garage.
Professional Development Hours
The Asphalt Paving Conference offers a total of 6.5 Professional Development Hours for full attendance of the conference.
Please be sure to select the option for PDH certification during your registration process. The PDH certificates will be emailed within two weeks after the conference ends to the address provided during registration.
PDH certification is not available for retirees or students.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administration fee, will be available if requested in writing and received at least three weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be made after that date. A $35 fee will also be charged for returned checks.
KU CEAE reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration or unforeseeable circumstances. The liability of the University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
