Rates
The special conference nightly rate is $89.00 plus applicable state and local occupancy taxes.
Rooms have been blocked until April 13, 2024, at which time they will be released to the public and this rate or availability cannot be guaranteed. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first-night room deposit.
Special note
Transportation is NOT provided from the hotel to the conference. Attendees should plan to provide their own transportation to/from the hotel.

- You may make an online reservation through Hilton which includes the discounted rate.
- The default dates are for check-in on Tuesday, April 16th and check-out on Wednesday, April 17th; but, you may adjust the dates as needed.
- You may contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and specify that you will be attending the KU Environmental Engineering Conference 2024 or group rate code “ENV”.
