2015 - Randall Over

Randall (Randy) S. Over served as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in 2014, and is currently chair of ASCE's just-created Global Strategy Council. He is also a member of the Board of Governers of ASCE's Transportation and Development Institute and on the board of the American Association of Engineering Societies. During his term as ASCE president, Over traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Canada, and Bolivia to collaborate with the Pan-American Union of Engineering Organization.

A Civil Engineering graduate from Ohio State University, Over has made key contributions to the practice and profession of Engineering. Over was district construction engineer for the Ohio Department of Transportation from 1994 to 2012. He led a team of 70, overseeing a multi-billion dollar district construction program.
