Harold Phelps

Harold Phelps is founder and president of Phelps Engineering Inc., a thriving engineering and surveying firm in Olathe that specializes in land development and public infrastructure projects.  Harold is past president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City.  As a long-time member and current Chair of our CEAE Advisory Board, Harold has been a strong advocate for CEAE and a generous supporter of student scholarships.  The KU School of Engineering awarded him the Distinguished Engineering Service Award in 2018.
