Exhibitor Opportunities and Registration
Exhibiting at the Environmental Engineering Conference puts your products and services within easy grasp of hundreds of professionals authorized to purchase those goods and services. The Environmental Engineering Conference draws participants from diverse professional backgrounds, including:

All sponsors receive the following:
- Conference registration for two attendees included with each exhibit space
- Exhibit space – 8 ft. deep by 10 ft. wide
- Table with cloth and two chairs provided, or free-standing space.
- Space is not reserved until the Exhibitor Application and Payment are received.
- Location is available on a first-come basis. Set-up starts at 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the conference
If you are unable to staff a table in the exhibit hall, you may pay to have some promotional materials displayed on the literature table near the registration desk. Purchasing space on the literature table includes:
- Your company logo and information displayed in an 8 1/2 x 11” acrylic photo stand, and
- Display space for up to 2 loose printed pieces or small items - or 1-2 stacks of free flyers for attendees to take.
To purchase this exhibit option, select the "Literature Table" optional fee when registering for the event and bring the materials to the registration desk upon arrival.
- Note: if you are not attending the event yourself, please register for the event using the "Literature Table Without Registration" primary fee option and contact KU CEAE to receive shipping information and instructions for your materials.

Registration and Cancellation Policy
We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a $50 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by April 10, 2019. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU CEAE reserves the right to cancel the Conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
