Midwestern ITE District Collegiate Traffic Bowl

Congratulations to the ITE Student Chapter who won the 2014 Midwestern ITE District Collegiate traffic bowl and $1000 towards the student chapter and additional $2000 from the International ITE under Dr Steven Schrock who served as the faculty adviser for KU's traffic bowl team. Event was held at 2014 Joint Western-Midwestern Annual Meeting in Rapid City, SD. KU's traffic bowl team will now compete with the winners of the other eight district Traffic Bowl champions at 2014 International ITE Annual Meeting in Seattle, WA on 10-13 August. The team members for this event are:
Mazharali Udaipurwala
Shivraj Patil 
Vishal Sarikonda. 

The Chapter also took all 3 places in the Kell Competition held at 2014 Joint Western-Midwestern Annual Meeting in Rapid City, SD. Kell Competition is the event where students develop innovative solutions to a transportation problem:
1st Prize- Allison Bruner & team
2nd Prize- Kwaku Boakye & team
3rd Prize - Prathmesh Argade and Vishal Sarikonda (tied positions)
